4 Hour class Taking an Advanced Bleeding Control + class can equip you with the skills and knowledge to potentially save someone's life in the event of a severe bleed, making it an invaluable skill set to have. Advanced Bleeding Control + covers the following: - Scene Safety - Cover vs. Concealment - Visual/Physical Blood Sweeps - Applying a Tourniquet - Short distance casualty movement to safety using drags and carries - Wound Packing - Applying 4 types of Pressure Bandages - Applying a Sling and Swath - Open Wounds: Head, Chest and Abdominal Injuries - Treating for Shock - Calling for Police and Medical assistance - Re-assessing your patient until help arrives When Seconds count - Help is only Minutes away.
